How long does it take to process my order? We usually process orders within 2-5 business days of receiving them, if not sooner. We will notify you if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.
Can I cancel an order? An order cancellation request must be received within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us to cancel your order.
How do I check the status of an order? You can visit the My Account page or the My Order Status page to check on the status of an order.
Shipping& Delivery
How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order? To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. You can then view your shopping cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping? We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable!
Which shipping services do you utilize to ship? We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize USPS. We usually ship orders out within 2-5 business days (after verification of payment and the availability of the item), but the delivery period will vary with the destination and the shipping method chosen. We ship from Mondays through Fridays.Shipment confirmation with tracking information will be provided via email.

Can my purchases be dropshipped? Yes, we will dropship your order at no additional charge. We do require a written agreement, via mail or fax, in which you agree to allow us to charge your credit card (if appropriate) and ship the order to a different address. We do not include an invoice in the package, and we will indicate "Point of Origin" as the shipper. We keep our identity confidential for your protection.
We do not dropship orders outside of the United States.

Returns and Refunds
We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with eGlobalfashion.com
Our return policy gives you up to 14 days after your order ship date to request a return or a refund (minus shipping and handling fees) if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason. The item(s) must be in its original condition, new and unused, with all original documentation and accessories that accompany the item.
*Please note: All wholesale sales are FINAL, except in the case of defective items and items shipped in error.

What information do we collect? We only collect information that you submit. You submit information to us on three occasions:
1. When you register to create an account with us, you are prompted for your name, address, and other identifying personal information. 2. When you update your personal information in your account, this information is updated in our order system. 3. When you complete an order, you are prompted for your credit card information. An order cannot be completed without a valid credit card. This is the only time you will be asked to provide your credit card information.
You will be prompted for your information during the aforementioned account creation, account updating, or purchasing processes. We will never ask you for your credit card information via e-mail. If you receive an e-mail requesting this information, do not respond with your information. You only have to submit this information on our secure site at the time you create an account and complete an order. If you are skeptical about a request for information, do not submit it until you are certain of its purpose. You may contact us for further information.
How do we use the information we collect? Your information is solely and exclusively used to complete and ship your order. It is used as a means for us to contact you to resolve or advise you of any concerns that we may have regarding your order, and to ensure that your order is being handled properly.
Who has access to the information we collect? Only the people who need to see your information to fulfill your order have access to your information, and do not have access to your credit card information. Your credit card information can only be viewed in the event of a charge dispute or an investigation prompted by yourself, and only by individuals in a trusted supervisory or management capacity.
Do we share the information we collect? eGlobalFashion.com does not, under any circumstances, share, sell, or otherwise make available any information about yourself, your location, your purchase, your purchasing habits or purchasing history, your e-mail address, your credit card, or any other information collected during your business transaction with us to any third party, with the exclusion of information required to complete your order with our warehouse, which is limited to your shipping address.
Is the information we collect secure? How do I know my credit card information is secure? Yes. We use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for all information you submit to us and all transactions are completed over a secured connection. Only you and eGlobalfashion.com can access any information exchanged over that connection. if there is a picture of lock in the lower right corner of your screen, then the page is secure.
